Planning Storyboard for my Music Video

First Scene:

In the first scene, the girl will be waking up in her bed. The girl is also already dressed. The lyrics used in this scene will be, "wake up in the mornin' feelin' like P Diddy".  

Scene Duration: 0:00-0:03


Second Scene:

In the second scene, the girl stands up from her bed, grabs her sunglasses from her nightstand, and walks towards the door. The lyrics used in this scene will be, "grab my glasses, I'm out the door, I'm gonna hit the city".

Scene Duration: 0:03-0:07


Third Scene:

In the third scene, the girl walks to the bathroom and grabs her toothbrush. She looks at her toothbrush, puts it down, and drinks some juice (using juice instead of alcohol). The lyrics used in this scene will be, "before I leave, brush my teeth with a bottle of Jack".

Scene Duration: 0:07 - 0:11 


Fourth Scene:

In the fourth scene, the girl walks toward her room and looks back at the camera. The lyrics used in this scene will be, "cause when I leave for the night, I ain't comin' back".

Scene Duration: 0:11 - 0:15


Fifth Scene:

In the fifth scene, the girl is painting her nails in her room. The lyrics used in this scene will be, "I'm talkin' pedicure on our toes, toes".

Scene Duration: 0:15 - 0:18


Sixth Scene:

In the sixth scene, the girl is grabbing clothes from her closet and throwing them onto her bed. The lyrics used in this scene will be, "tryin' on all our clothes, clothes".

Scene Duration: 0:18 - 0:20 


Seventh Scene:

In the seventh scene, the girl walking out to her car, while looking at her phone. The lyrics used in this scene will be, "boys blowin' up our phones, phones". 

Scene Duration: 0:20 - 0:22


Eighth Scene:

In the eighth scene, the girl is driving in her car playing music. The music is obviously TiK ToK by Kesha.  The lyrics used in this scene will be, "drop-toppin', playin' our favorite CDs".

Scene Duration: 0:22 - 0:26


Ninth Scene:

In the ninth scene, the girl arrives in Miami and her friend is there with her. Or, the girl pulls up to her friend's house and sees her friend(s). The lyrics used in this scene will be, "pullin' up to the parties" and "Tryna get a little bit tipsy".

Scene Duration: 0:26 - 0:32


Tenth Scene:

In the tenth scene, the girl is with her friend(s) in either Miami or her friend's house. The lyrics used in this scene will be, "don't stop, make it pop DJ, blow my speakers up tonight, I'ma fight 'til we see the sunlight tick-tock on the clock but the party don't stop, no".

Scene Duration: 0:32 - 0:44


Eleventh Scene:

In the eleventh scene, the girl gets close to the camera and sings the lyrics. The lyrics used in this scene will be, "oh, whoa, whoa-oh Oh, whoa, whoa-oh".

Scene Duration: 0:44 - 0:48


Twelfth Scene:

In the final scene, the girl continues on her adventure in Miami and the camera zooms completely out. The lyrics used in this scene will be, "don't stop, make it pop DJ, blow my speakers up tonight, I'ma fight 'til we see the sunlight tick-tock on the clock but the party don't stop, no".

TiK ToK (Music Video)

"TiK ToK"  For the music video project, I was actually really excited, but I had many questions. What song am I going to choose? How do I want to film it? Do I want more people in the video or just myself? What would I wear in the video? What props would I use? I had many more questions but I had to think quickly. I ended up choosing a song called "TiK ToK" by Kesha. I chose this song because I needed to choose a song that I knew the lyrics to, and I can never go wrong with a 2000s song. I posted my intro blog on November 13th. This blog was all about my song choice and if I was planning to film with anyone else. Then a few days later I started researching the pop music genre. I posted my research blog on November 16th. The day after, I posted my planning blog. This blog was about my filming schedule, my props, and my costumes. Production Blog: Filming is complete, now continuing to edit

These past few days have been really productive in regards to my film. I finished filming all of my remaining scenes over the past two days. I did this on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Tuesday, I went to the beach to film the driving scenes. I have a couple scenes that take place in my car, so I had to film a lot of angles and views. I went to the beach with my mom, because some of the clips don't take place inside of the car. She drove my car, while I filmed. She doesn't know how to film, so since the clips were from far away, you can't tell who's driving the car. On Wednesday, I filmed the scenes that take place at my house. Either in the driveway or inside. I was waiting until Wednesday to film these scenes because I didn't have the props for them until earlier this week. I used a cardboard box for one scene.
