Editing for my Music Video

On Wednesday, December 2nd, I refilmed my music video and I also edited it. The process of editing is actually really fun for me. I first watched all of the clips that I recorded to see which ones I wanted to use. Once I favorited all of the clips that I wanted to use, I airdropped them to my laptop. Once the clips were all on my laptop, I opened up iMovie, and I uploaded the different shots onto the application. Next, I put the shots in the order that I wanted them in. I did this by dragging each individual clip onto the bottom section on iMovie. Then I had to find the song that I was using. I needed an mp3 version of the song (just the sound, not a video). I found a version of the song and I downloaded it onto my laptop. I dragged it to the bottom section of iMovie. I placed it under the clips of me so that you could see the video and hear the music, all at the same time. I organized my clips in the same order in which I filmed them in. I also cut the music so it would only be one minute instead of three minutes and nineteen. Then, the real work began. I needed to cut the clips to the correct time so that my lipsyncing and the actual music matched. Once everything matched, I needed to fix something else. Some clips weren't centered the way I wanted them to be so I had to crop a few. Once I finished that, I needed to change the brightness and color of the music video. Once I thought I had finished the music video, I watched it in fullscreen to make sure it was the way I wanted it to be. My music video to the song TiK ToK by Kesha was finally finished.
