Production Blog: Filming is complete, now continuing to edit

These past few days have been really productive in regards to my film. I finished filming all of my remaining scenes over the past two days. I did this on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Tuesday, I went to the beach to film the driving scenes. I have a couple scenes that take place in my car, so I had to film a lot of angles and views. I went to the beach with my mom, because some of the clips don't take place inside of the car. She drove my car, while I filmed. She doesn't know how to film, so since the clips were from far away, you can't tell who's driving the car. On Wednesday, I filmed the scenes that take place at my house. Either in the driveway or inside. I was waiting until Wednesday to film these scenes because I didn't have the props for them until earlier this week. I used a cardboard box for one scene. For this scene, I had to be packing up my clothes, to represent my packing for the move. In another scene, I used a "for sale" sign in my driveway. This showed how I found out that I was moving in the film, and how confused I was. After filming, I airdropped the videos to my laptop. After I did that, I uploaded them onto the application that I was using to edit the film. Now, I'm just editing the video so that it looks perfect. I'm also adding in the titles. I will put the finishing touches on my film tomorrow, and upload it to be graded.
